Official Rules
No purchase necessary. The Who Wins on Sunday? Game of the Week promotion is intended to be free to enter when a prize promotion is active. A purchase or wager will never improve a participant's chance of winning.
Current status
No prize promotion is active unless the Game of the Week section on the homepage expressly identifies an active prize and links to these rules. These rules provide the foundation for future weekly promotions; promotion-specific details will be published before entries are accepted.
Eligibility
Eligibility requirements, including permitted jurisdictions and minimum age, will be stated with each active promotion before entry opens. Who Wins on Sunday? will not accept prize entries where the promotion is prohibited by law.
Entry period and how to enter
The opening time, closing time and eligible Game of the Week will be identified for each active promotion. Entry will be free. Unless an active promotion states otherwise, only one eligible entry per person is permitted for that promotion.
Winner selection and notification
For an active prize promotion, the winner-selection method, drawing timing and notification process will be disclosed before entry opens. A correct football prediction will not be represented as improving the chance of winning unless the published promotion terms specifically make the prediction part of eligibility.
Prize and odds
The prize description and approximate retail value will be displayed before an active promotion begins. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received unless the published promotion terms state a different lawful method.
General conditions
Entries that are automated, fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise violate the published promotion terms may be disqualified. Who Wins on Sunday? may suspend, modify or cancel a promotion when necessary because of technical failure, fraud, legal requirements or circumstances that materially affect fair administration.
Privacy
Information collected for an active promotion will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy and any additional notice displayed with that promotion.
Sponsor and promotion-specific details
The legal sponsor identity, contact information, eligible jurisdictions, dates, prize value and any other required promotion-specific terms will be published before a prize promotion is activated. No sponsor, address or promotion dates are implied by this page.
